International Digital Organization for Scientific Information (IDOSI)
is a worldwide Organization that takes aim to help scientists and
researchers (especially from developing countries), publish recent
findings in more than 82 scientific journals. To cover all expenses
we ask donations and annual membership fee for authors  having accepted papers in those journals.

We have journals with no printing charges like IJEE www.IJEE.net.
Papers; like  IJEE has no printing charges since the publication expenses
are fully covered by Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. In
addition, there are many journals you can publish without any charges
www.IDOSI.org.
