International Digital Organization for Scientific Information (IDOSI)
is a worldwide Organization that takes aim to help scientists and
researchers (especially from developing countries), publish recent
findings in more than 82 scientific journals. To cover all expenses
invoices send to authors of all accepted papers in those journals.
Authors must take care for the invoices and pay as early as possible
using any of the procedure mentioned in the invoice.

We have journals with no printing charges like IJEE www.IJEE.net.
Papers in IJEE have no printing charges since the publication expenses
are fully covered by Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. In
addition, there are many journals you can publish without any charges
www.IDOSI.org.
